The location of the Comfort Hotel was ideal for us to visit the major shrines and take a day trip. Being 5 minutes from the train station was ideal and the hotel had no transportation noise. Our room was on the 12th floor (with quick elevator service) and faced east so we had great sunrises. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. Everything was very clean. The complimentary breakfast (to be discontinued in 2025) had good Western and Eastern options and was well organized with a time slot system. There are complimentary snacks (candies, mini chocolate bars, tea, coffee) in the afternoon. Every staff person we met was welcoming and helpful.

Traveling to Japan twice a year for more than 10 years now, including many study trips, I can say with some assurance that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Simple and friendly check in. « Large » rooms, by Japanese standards. No coupon for breakfast, just walk in! Honnest buffet as well. Good location within walking distance to the train station and Ise Jingu Geku (to me, as interesting if not more than the inner Naiku temple), and many restaurants nearby. Paying parking but otherwise priced just right. Definitely a good value option in Ise.

Breakfast was OK - nothing to write home about, but I appreciate the fact that it was provided. The location, literally minutes away from the train station was the best value proposition of the hotel.

Very comfortable stay at Comfort Hotel Ise. Just a short walk away from the train station, Ise Jingu outer shrine (Geku), with good surrounding food options. Staff were helpful and professional, had a good command of English. Decent room and bathroom size. There's also a library cafe which doubles up as a lounge for guest use for free in between meal periods.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is right across the train station so people can easily access it. They served delicious mangoes as part of breakfast. The breakfast was nice and all staff were so kind and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the Kintetsu and JR train stations. Also there are many restaurants, dessert and tea/coffee cafes, and shops within a few blocks of the hotel.The Outer Shrine is a less than 10 minute easy walk away as are buses that drop off visitors at the Inner Shrine. The hotel offers a simple breakfast buffet only, but self serve coffee and tea plus several candies and cookies are available during the afternoons and evenings.

The hotel is just a short walk from the railway station, the staff are very helpful and friendly. It has great accessibility to sightseeing attractions, using the train,buses, or walking. The room I had was fairly spacious and comfortable.

We loved the hotel and the breakfast, the room was lovely and comfy and spacious, quiet, easy to get into. We would stay again if we are in Ise. Staff was also very kind and helpful. And we met a very nice staff member helping with breakfast who spoke English and was very helpful and friendly.

Location was very good and the room was a good size. Good manner and attentiveness from the staff on the front desk. Good space to relax downstairs with free tea/coffee and snacks available.

The location was great. The use of the dining space with free drinks and snacks was really helpful. Breakfast included in the room rate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family
